Anyone with video editing skills??

I would really love it if someone knew how to edit videos and could put Todd & Larrys heads in this video and have the voice overs be them discussing the lineup changes after the torres suspension and them coming to the conclusion to insert Kerns in... haha man I have the script & visual all in my head but have no idea how people make these gifs...

I can do some video editing with AVID tools but I would have to figure out how to layer and then flatten to do what you are talking about...
