Anyone gluten free?

I have a gluten allergy (among others), but it's not that severe.

I also don't bake, and have never, and I mean never, enjoyed chocolate or most sweets.

I'm not currently but I've flirted with it in the past. I was on an elimination diet for a while to see if I could pin point any food allergies or intolerances.

Lol its a trial due to some messed up gi issues i have. Dont think i am sensitive to gluten. But, i would love english muffins, ive tried to recipes, and followed to a T...

both were raw inside, even when cooked to temperature!

Any luck in the last 2 years? Wife just moved to it and all the things I cooked best need to be tweaked now.

Honestly. No, this had no effect on my stuff so I stopped.
