the set from Comeds ranged from mid 90's to about 04 or 05, I think.
but it's a pretty big selection. 30-40 thousand probably. In three years, I haven't got through 1/4 of them.

A lot of the cards I have are newer - probably most since the lockout

It's a simple concept: put a piece of a game-worn jersey on a trading card. And it used to work.

Sigh.....so close to being part of an international smuggling ring......

They ruined card collecting when they started to put short prints in the middle of the base sets, took the "whole set" collector out. My husband was a card dealer from like 91-2000, dumped most on eBay, still some sets and stuff in the basement.

I haven't bought a card since about '92. I still have a bunch of boxes full of various cards.

I guess the noteworthy cards I have would be: Luc Robitaille (RC), Steve Yzerman (RC), Lanny McDonald (RC), Marcel Dionne (2nd year), Dennis Savard (RC), Star Wars - Complete Set, Welcome Back Kotter - Complete Set, Roberto Alomar (RC).

I collected a ton of cards from the mid to late 70's and then picked it back up around 1994 or so until the last few years. Folks sell a lot on Ebay, but don't expect much $ unless you have something rare and of popular players

Clarkson (a poster who is no longer here) sent me 5 Predators jersey cards. They're pretty nice, but are the only cards I have.
