Just heard on KNBR that AnVil is suing the Giants for breach of contract.

Former prospect Villalona suing Giants for $5 million

1) The law suit is apparently over and AnVil is cleared to play.
2) The Giants were apparently not as supportive of him as we (read, "I") thought they were.

My gut reaction to call him a doosh, but this story is WAY new to go that far...
