I think Defict will be a fine backup middle linebacker for a year or two before taking over for Maualuga.

LOL.......NONE of us are always right and you know I will continue to speak passionately about what I believe in and If Im wrong I will man up about it...Only Gid is perfection... Lets see what happens with Burfict before the Odell comparisons...RIght now dude has never been arrested so we cant really compare him to Odell.....................................................YET

Rey Rey is a FA after 2012 Burfict starts in 2013 as long as he grows and stays out of trouble....

Ok, ok...fair enough. We were supposed to debate Odell during that training camp you never made it to.

I really like Burfict. I think he's got a chance to really do something. He was a top pick a year ago, and many publications had the Ravens potentially looking at him to replace Lewis in the middle. He had a terrible year on the field for a myriad of reasons, but none of those reasons can't be fixed.

I'm also looking for Rey to be healthy this year. He struggled after that ankle issue, I don't remember if he was playing better prior to the injury to be honest, but I know that ankle injuries like that can linger a long time. Of course, he may get some extra rest from camp to the start of the season if he's suspended, which I think he's likely to see at least 2 games.
