It's rewarding mediocrity, and as long as I've followed this team, I've never seen them do this before. Every year under Boone has seen diminished returns. There's zero reason to retain him at all, giving him 3 years is outright laughable.

They can knock themselves out. They won't miss it, but I'm not investing another dollar in this team until they start taking it as seriously as the fans do.
