Great players and legends retire every year but rarely are they as highly revered as these 3.

On top of that, the manner in which they exited their sport were fitting endings to their career

Peyton riding off into the sunset finally getting that 2nd ring

Kobe going out in the only way Kobe knew how...taking 50 shots and willing his team to victory

And Marshawn...who was last seen riding camels and helping Cliff Avril build houses in Haiti

I wouldn't put Lynch in the same category as Manning and Kobe. Those are 2 legitimate 1st ballot Hall of Famers and Lynch might not even get in.

3 opposites there ... if that's possible

... a commercial darling, a news maker, and a media dodger

Which one is unlike the others:

Abe Lincoln
Jimmy Carter
George Washington.

Replace Lynch w/ Charles Woodson. Pretty sure he'll be a 1st ballot HOFer.

Hey, neither George nor Abe kept my draftable 19 year old ass out of Afghanistan and Iran!

Oh for sure.

Peyton and Kobe are arguably top 5 all time in their respective sport.

I'm a Seahawks fan so of course I'm going to pay tribute to the beast.

Kobe and Peyton have more in common than sports. Both were therapists too. Marshawn kept his hands and scrotum to himself

Bump!!!

I was a Lynch fan but he does not belong in the same category as PM and Kobe, and whoever wrote that song should mix it with a C because it is better described as Crap......:2cents:
