thats why prior to the second contract being submitted, and after the 1st was rejected all of the following reported they had league sources saying you had no intention of penalties:

tom gulitti
dmitry chesnokov
larry brookes (yeah i know)
nick kypreos
thats a lot of names.... most of which (excluding the obvious) are almost never wrong
