Won't that be fun? A team that lost to Kentucky by 33 points playing the nations elite teams? Might be the least viewed BCS game ever.

yeah it's pretty BS. I also heard that for some reason or another the only reason Kent State is even up there in the BCS is because of the computers don't recognize their atrocious defeat to Kentucky?? Wtf?

Anyways, they don't deserve to be in there and hopefully NIU takes care of business and saves us all.

As for least watched BCS game ever? Im sure it won't be, because of the pure possibility we could have a huge underdog upset and maybe people will watch? (reason so many tune into March Madness)

I think the least watched BCS games have to be the boring ACC/Big East matchups we get every year.

maybe kent st can play louisville for the big east defacto title

I wish that was the case. I would watch that game to be honest, and might even give the edge to Kent State. They did defeat Rutgers by a large margin earlier in the year. Here is the scenario we are looking at.

National Title: SEC 1 vs Notre Dame
Fiesta Bowl: Big 12 (1) vs At-Large (Oregon will be top 4 goes here)
Sugar Bowl: Florida (top 4 and SEC team, already heard from the committee they are a lock) vs At Large
Orange Bowl: ACC 1 vs At Large
Rose Bowl: Big 10 (1) vs Pac 12 (1)

So now here comes the issue. Big East gets an auto bid. So now we have Louisville against Florida State or Florida. Then Kent State will play whichever teams gets to select second.

All in all, if Kent State wins.... there will be not one but two unwatchable BCS games. Much like the scenario in 2007 when Illinois went to the Rose Bowl instead of Georgia. We could have had Georgia vs USC (2 teams believed to have been playing the best at the end of the year) and Hawaii vs Illinois (might have made for a good game.

Until halftime when the score is blown wide open.

I still think a #18 Texas upset over #6 Kansas St would negate a UCLA loss and #17 Kent St win.

Of course #11 Oklahoma and #12 Nebraska would also have to win.

Comparing that Utah team to either of these 2 is an insult to Utah that season.

I tend to agree that a road win by Texas would put them over Kent State. No one wants to see the scenario with Louisville and Kent State both being allowed to play in the BCS.

Kent State has been in a downward spiral for more years than I've been alive. They deserve at least one shot at stardom.

Kansas St may have peaked and are now on the down slide.

I don't see a guarantee for Kansas St.

I don't think I saw that movie, but that chick is hawt.

I just don't think Kansas St has a lot of depth so soon in Snyders return and they looked real flat against Baylor.

If they continue with disciplined play and good special teams, they'll probably get through tomorrow at home though.

I actually give a better chance at OU losing @ TCU tomorrow.

Is there anyway northern Illinois can move up five sports with a win over #17 kent state? Is a win over kent state enough to move them ahead of #20 Boise state and kent state. And Texas and ucla if they lose?

And defend the run better than the last two games.

That too.

OU's got a tough situation with TCU having 8 days to prepare, momentum from a road win @ Texas, Senior Day, and Patterson's just a good coach.

I'm surprised the game's not getting more attention. The SECCG is stealing all the limelight this week.
