A+ Draft

Great draft. Everything made sense. They got great value. On paper this appears to be the best draft the skins have had in a long long time.

Saw some rumors that Bruce Allen could be on his way out to Oakland.

If thats the case he may not have been too involved with the draft hence why the Skins killed it day 1-3.

If I were to change anything (and this is a stretch bc I liked every single pick) I would have taken Orlando Brown over Gareon Christian and try to make Brown a LG

and

swapped out Apke with Daesean Hamilton who has an amazing and inspiring character traits.

Biggest Concerns
LG, WR, CB

maybe the skins sign Alex Boone or Luke Joeckel

some vet wrs still available as well as Dez. The CB market looks pretty picked over unless they sign Breeland to a 1 year deal, though I feel that bridge is burnt.

***Side note. It would be amazing if Guice outperformed Barkley and won OROY.

What did the Eagles do that was so great in the draft?

1) I do not think they got enough for the 32nd overall pick
2) Was not a fan of Dallas Goedert selection. They have bigger needs at LB, T, CB
Why not just invite Celek back at vet minimum?
3) Moving up for a Rugby player?
4) Maddox was a bit high

*I did like the Sweat pick though.

Also Philadelphia should host every single draft indefinitely.

The city killed it compared to Dallas

Goedert was projected by many to be a late first round pick and the eagles love two tight end sets. He will be a far bigger impact than celek could have been.

Knowing that you will have to play Zeke and Barkley 4x a year I would have went with a LB a big position of need. Not sure who is available

or at the very least draft Connor Williams (who dallas ended up taking) Kelce and Peters arent going to be around forever and LG is already kind of a weak spot on the line.

Semulo is probably the future at C for Eagles but C.Williams could have been a swing tackle this year in preparation to play RT after Lane switches over or he could have started at LG.
