Eagles losing to Giants, oh how the mighty fall … yawn

Congrats to LambeauLegs. Picking every side that the sportsbooks thought had an advantage vs the spread at kickoff compared to the ESPN Tuesday spread would have got you a record of 147-125. Outperforming that target requires really good analysis, and maybe a smidgen of luck...but mostly really good analysis.

For anyone interested the straight-up, non-spread record - if you just picked every favourite at kickoff you would have scored 184-88. Very few pickers topped that score.

Thanks it was an interesting year and did not think I had much of a chance after brutal week 7 when I only had the Thursday night game correct.

Thanks I did not think I had a chance after week 7 getting only 1 game correct that week the Thursday night game. But was able to gain a game or 2 a week over time

Yeah I started off early with like a 5 game lead. I thought. Man no one ever jumps out to that big of a lead that early in the season.
then when you had your one game week, I had two.
I was never the same after that week. I was like the Eagles after they met the Niners. I didnt have a clue anymore for the rest of the season. LOL

I did not check on others in week 7 but I know many had bad weeks I just figured with only 1 correct i was doomed. It has been fun watching the Eagles. If we were picking this week I would pick them to lose. It will be interesting with the Pack and Boys on Sunday. I am thinking there will be a more heavy dose or trying to run the ball with Aaron Jones. He seems healthy now but has mossed more than half the season so is not as worn down.
