I seriously doubt we start things on schedule. I have a feeling the season is going to be shortened. Too much protesting and people not willing to wear masks in public while maintaining social distancing have caused a larger spike. Crazy that the Chinese who were stupid enough to start all this because of the weird ass shit they eat are still smarter than Americans. Embarrassing.

If you figure that every team has 75 players on their roster before camp, having 72 players test positive is only 3%. Is that really any different than the population as a whole?

Not at all. Just saying. 72 players already, camp has not even started, and I can see the numbers starting to spike, and when they do, the season will be shut down. Hopefully not, but it is trending in that way I believe.

possibly.

testing of civilians isn't mandatory. my job hasn't had me tested, they just make me fill out the questionnaire every day.

NFLPA is also demanding they either play flag or two hand touch.

And that the Bengals, Bucs, and Pats get rid of their ugly uniforms.

It's going to be an uphill struggle...

No Cincinnati Bengals players or personnel inside the team facility has tested positive for COVID-19, Bengals player personnel director Duke Tobin said during a news conference on Monday. Tobin added that note as he praised the thoroughness of the NFL's testing protocols. "That's a comforting fact when you walk around the building and you know everybody is getting tested on a daily basis," Tobin said. "I've been really impressed with the health of our players and staff."

MLB doesn't really have an issue - their issue was that 2 teams blatantly defied protocols and that is why they've had outbreaks.

The Marlins had a bunch of players go out partying on the town prior to a game and the Cardinal's had player that decided they needed to go gambling at a Casino.

In all honesty - they should just remove those two teams from the season. That is what they should get.
