I'm OK with it, but I don't see why teams can't try to take advantage of the shortened games and ride out the starters. I thought it was silly when the White Sox took Keuchel out after 5 with under 70 pitches, I don't care if "it's only April."

I actually don't mind it but those extra inning rules can go.

I would not mind 7 inning Double headers staying here for good

I'm usually a stickler for baseball tradition but I'm ok with this one. I'd probably be more in favor of eliminating double headers all together.
As much as I love the game, there is nothing that I find appealing about sitting through the second game. Neither in person, or on TV.

Problem with your suggestion is how/where can you find days to make up postponed games

got my first Pfizer shot on the 3rd, get my 2nd one next Friday. unfortunately there's a COVID scare at my work, so I'm getting tested tomorrow.
How long ago was the possible exposure? Get tested several times and keep wearing your mask, washing your hands and stay 6 feet away from others.

I may be the only one who likes the extra innings rule...

the double header rule, I am on the fence about... I would probably vote against it, but I am not totally opposed it...

Back to the double header rule -- I like the 7 inning games. It allows the teams to save pitchers.

Simple question:

"Are you FOR or AGAINST 7 Inning Double Headers?"
Those suck. I'm down with the man on 2nd to start the 10th, that's fine. Don't see why we need shorter DHers.

I actually like the 7 inning double headers much more than a runner at 2 in extras haha

lol

Starting extra innings with a runner on 2nd.

7 inning doubleheaders.

Gotta say..."Let's hurry up and get this shit over with" is an interesting marketing strategy.

Interesting that all stats count except throwing a no-hitter. Even the MLB is inadvertently is saying it is not a real game.

But I do remember when I was a kid, the Visiting Team is here for "Friday Night, Saturday Afternoon and a BIG Sunday Double Header", Sunday is when I wanted to go, especially if those hated New York Yankees were in town. Seldom happened but the hope of beating the Yankees twice in one day was just too much excitement for kid.
