I was going to tell Team SEC it is ok to participate. Although a pipe dream thread for them. Whereas we from the B1G, Big12, and PAC assuredly will see these games eventually. As long as we don't have SEC as a top 5 that is.

This year, our non-con sucks, but 2015 is UNC & Central Florida again. Spurrier has been pushing to have the two Carolinas play in Charlotte every year, like the WLOCP. I'm okay with that, but that means two ACC games per season, and it'd be nice to play some Xii or Big Ten teams.

We'll never give up that one game per year against one of the in-state AA teams, though.

'Bama - 2 of the most storied programs in cfb history.
Florida - Not sure we've ever played them
Florida St. - Haven't played them in a long time
Oklahoma - Same reason as FSU.
Michigan - Want see USC play them in The Big House.

We play most of the quality Big 10 teams in bowls so I'm going to exclude them and go mostly PAC and Big 12 trying to stick to teams I've never seen Auburn play:

I could think of a shit load of matchups i would get excited about but Penn St, Tenn, and WVU would be the most exciting because of their geographical closeness to bburg.

1. Oklahoma -absolutely can't wait till our series in 2021 and 2022. Love their fans and have always had a great time when we've mingled. Solid respect between programs amongst the fans, and both expect greatness. Two peas in a pod.


2. LSU - Best friend from my college days and I could change locations on the Home/Home in staying at each others homes. Went to an LSU home game in my college days, and it was pure greatness. Shit, this should be #1 for me. Bo coached at LSU. Make it happen dammit!


3. Oregon - Would love to get our team into Autzen. They have always visited Lincoln, but weren't all that good back in the day. They run a pretty good shop now, and Husker legend Scott Frost is their OC.


4. Florida State - Had some great games with those guys. Some of the biggest in college football history. A trip to Tallahassee would be fantastic to see the Tomahawk Chop.


5. Alabama - Waaaaay back history with Bama. Bear Bryant and Devaney day type of history. I'm sure they'll be a popular pick, but I'd love to see them in Lincoln. Sadly, I doubt it happens in my lifetime.
