There was a game I wanted to pick but I thought it might get cancelled. I'll be in danger of
losing power, along with everybody else in the town, so I made another choice. Problem is
that other choice could get cancelled.

As long as I still have power, shouldn't be an issue switching them around.

Yea i think it is in the rules somewhere it is always "gotta pick FCS to win"

2. Notice that nowhere on the list does it say FCS vs. FBS. You CANNOT pick an FCS team to lose. You CAN pick an FCS team to win if you think they'll blow out their FBS opponent.
