Away game against a hot Seattle team I have the score as follows:
Seattle - 34
49ers - 6
Seattle - 34
49ers - 6
??The score doesn't they won't win
Agreed. But confidence-wise moving forward it matters a little I suppose.i meant the score doesn't matter they won't win.
I believe Russell Wilson will exploit the 49ers weak and undisciplined pass rush for some huge out of the pocket throws and critical third down escapes with his legs for demoralizing first downs. I predict that by late second quarter the defense will have packed it in and quit.
ie the usual over his career against us.
I remember the Frank Gore game in SF when he made the big run to run out the clock and beat those shit heads. That was fun. But in general it seemed like Russell Wilson always escaped the pocket on 3rd and 8 and ran for 9 yards. It eventually broke the 49ers spirit.I think except for a couple of games, when we had a good team it was our offense that killed us more than anything. Fangio's defense played some good games against him, but when your offense is three and out the whole game eventually the defense wears out by the end of the game and you are giving the other team a million chances to do something

Yep. Kaepernick never really learned to play the position even though he had some big gamesThat was the big difference between Wilson and Kaepernick, whenever Wilson got flushed he still made a play - usually a big play. When Kaepernick got flushed, he either ran OB or threw it away.
For sure. There is zero chance of winning this game up there. So many positions are manned by personnel who have no business wearing an NFL uniform.i meant the score doesn't matter they won't win.

A lot of this was caused by the extraordinary amount of injuries but some of it is poor player evaluationThe team seems trending more with focusing on player evaluation for next year than trying to win games. They are opting to play guys like Jeff Wilson to see if there is value in keeping him.
