Honestly, I've even heard some Packers fans talk trash about that area before. It's not PC among football fans to be honest about Football Town, U.S.A., but that doesn't mean Davis is making stuff up.
Compared to a city like SF, a small town anywhere is going to appear to be a shithole.
Not a smart thing to say publicly but it's just his honest opinion.
Yes, because out of the two of us I'm the one who sounds like an inbred.
And didn't a politician from Seattle have some remarks about Arizona?
You guys worry more about us than you do you.
As someone that lives in that area, I'd like to personally apologize to Anthony Davis. I'm sorry we don't have the crime, the murders, the pollution and the congested traffic, etc., that you are used to.
But I like this area. I like that I can see grass besides what's on the football or baseball fields. I like that I can get to anywhere in this area in 20 minutes or less. I liek that I can go outside and actually breath fresh air. I like the fact that, if I want something more, I can get to Milwaukee or Madison in and hour and a half, or that I can get to Chicago or Minneapolis in just a few hours.
If Davis actually feels that way, then I'm sure he stayed in his hotel room all night, studied the playbook and got plenty of sleep, so there'll be no excuses if he has a bad day.
Seahawk fans are still new to all this -- they can't help themselves.
