I usually make to the tank a few times a year. Unfortunately, the Flyers aren't making the trip to San Jose this season; so I'm dishing out the extra cash and making a Southern California trip.

The Saddledome is a venue I really want to experience (same with Rogers). Maybe a Canadian road swing will have to be in order.

I've been to the Honda Center, Staples Center, and the Shark Tank. The best hockey atmosphere was at the Shark Tank, but the best scenery was at Staples. Honda Center is very ornate, but I can't get into a hockey game at an art museum.

My first game at Honda was actually a Ducks/Flames tilt. Pretty sure Kariya and Selanne combined for 10 or 11 points.

The Tank is the best California venue, IMO. Passionate fans, mixed with a hellaciously loud arena = not auspicious for fans of the away team.
