I can see where people might think that, and I'd be more concerned if I thought there was the slightest chance they were overlooking West Virginia, but I believe West Virginia has their full attention for exactly the reason that all eyes are on this game. Also, next week is a bye week so they have nothing to look past them to. The loss of Ford is greatly exaggerated. Ford is a stud, and our best all around back for sure, but I don't think people realize just how good Ross and Perine are. Also, West Virginia lost their best DB. That means they lost their best option to cover Shepard.

Oklahoma's defense will be the toughest test West Virginia has faced yet. Not dogging on bama, but their D isn't built to defend an offense like that, as we've seen multiple times. Trickett had all day to throw against Maryland and Bama didn't have the DB's to hang with West Virginia's spread offense. Oklahoma is built for teams like that.

Oklahoma will get a game, but wins by two scores IMO. West Virginia is good, and Morgantown is a tough place to play at night. For that reason, this won't be a comfortable game, but it's one Oklahoma should win.
