Depends on how long it takes them to get up, walk into town, barter for some kerosene, huff said kerosene, break into the pharmacy, get busted for jacking all three oxy pills in the pharmacy, get processed, drink some jailhouse hooch, get bailed out, find where they left the kerosene when they got arrested, walk back home, fire up the generator, and get their commodore64 fired up.
