For those of you who remember the last two seasons, I ran an NHL Board Tournament. Sign up for your favorite team below by copy and paste the last person to fill out the list and sign you name near your team. Only one person per team. Then on Saturday you will pick the winners of each game. Points are awarded based on the following; regulation win 3 points, ot/shootout win 2 points, ot/shootout loss 1 point, regulation loss 0 points. For the period we use as our regular season standings will be posted weekly and playoff spots will be determined just as the NHL does. The NHL has 26 Saturdays this season with no game on 12/24 and 1/28 our regular season will be 10 weeks long then we will have the playoffs. The playoffs will be as follows The first two rounds will be best two out of three the third and forth rounds will be best three out of five. Just so everyone knows AzDuckFan70 defeated kenyg54 in the finals 4 games to 2 the first time and last season AzDuckFan70 repeated as champion defeating RangersRed03 3 games to 2. Please if you sign up remember to make your picks as much as possible we had many people fail to make picks weekly and not much of a playoff race lat season, but once the playoffs got going it was competative week to week. As with the NHL the division champions will be seeded 1, 2 and 3 the remaining qualifiers 4 - 8. In the playoffs you will need to post the total of goals for the Saturday games as a tie-breaker. In the event the tie-breaker does not break the tie the home team will win the game for that week. Home team in playoffs will be higher seed in week 1 & 3 in best of 3 rounds and games 1, 2 & 5 in best of 5 rounds. Any questions feel free to ask in thread or message me.
