I was 8 at the time ... iirc ... was it Dave Hodge at the time (???) came on near the end of the canucks / flames game on cbc and said LA came back and they showed that clip of Daryl Evans going bezerk after scoring ... I watched that on a 12 inch black and white tv in the basement bedroom of my parents house where I had hung up a poster of Wayne Gretzy that i would throw darts at lol
