I think in this matchup, Nos has the edge in the Rotation and bullpen, and a slight bench edge. Stoke has the better offense, but Nos did a good job of building an offense after going pitching heavy. Got to go Nos in a close one

Nos' offense is built way too much on the long ball for the stadium. His team really only has pull balls for any chance of getting out of the park. Doesn't have the correct offense to beat me in my stadium. His team just isn't built to have offensive success in this kind of stadium

His rotation is great, but his top 2 have to play in the stadium I chose, which has a bunch of guys who will succeed in this park - also, my best hitters are all LH where his best pitchers are RH.

At Coors, things play much better for his offense, but with sinker ball pitcher Orel Hershiser - it's not easy to get lift on him - and his team will strike out a lot. Doc White may not have the name recognition that Nos' team has, but he was as dominate in his prime as anyone. And though there isn't as much power on my side, there is power there with Bench, Robinson, Goslin, Medwick, Alomar and Clemente all being able to hit it out of the park (especially one like Coors).

At Stokes stadium Not all my home run hitters would be in the starting lineup, for instance Kiki would play RF and Reggie would be on the bench.

I have arguably the two best starting pitchers of all time and with them starting games 1 and 2 I win both games and cruise to the series win in 5

I like Stokes team but with so little power you aren't gonna be stringing together 4,5,6 hits against my starters to put many crooked numbers on the board.

Nos is the only team that I think had better pithing then me. And at Coors his team might be unbeatable. the hard part would be taking one game from Stokes Stadium, but in the end I think if any pitcher would take hat game it is Walter Johnson.

Nos by the slimmest of margins.

I hated Nos choice of stadium... colorado and the thin air is very bad for non fastball pitchers... and even walter johnson and christy mathewson as great as they were, were not known to throw the ball as hard.... same with hubbell and waddell...

But even with that said, i still think Nos wins here... the good news is that Walter johnson and christy mathewson will be pitching in an old time stadium, and there they can absolutely dominate... especially vs an offense that is not exactly a dangerous one....

I got Nos in 4 games...

Nos has a ton of power, and a great staff... I think he has enough power to sweep the middle 3 games my problem is the 4 away games he has... There will be a lot of stealing with Piazza behind the plate and Stokes has a solid defense... I just think Nos will win 1 of the first 2 with those pitchers... I think stokes should have grabbed some pitching to go with his field... Now that it's game time I have to say it was a great try but should have waited on the stadium Stokes...

Nos in 6

especially vs an offense that is not exactly a dangerous one....

You can't say the offense isn't dangerous, cause this stadium makes this offense as dangerous as any on here. It may not be the power heavy offenses people like in these drafts, but this team would put up numbers. And you can't say that Johnson and Mathewson get their numbers taken at face value, but the offensive guys don't get their's.

Best 10 consecutive seasons (this way people can't claim I'm using too small a sample size):

TC - .387/.457/.541/.998
RC - .344/.405/.460/.865
PW - .349/.418/.511/.929
RC - .330/.377/.503/.880
GG - .328/.395/526/.922
JB - .269/.348/.493/.841
BR - .283/.332/.436/.768
RA - .315/.393/.482/.875
LB - .300/.385/.422/.807

and, my team won't have to rely on HRs to have such good numbers, which was the point of playing in this stadium, and why I wanted home field advantage.
