GB holds on to their QB's like Pitt does with their HC, smart imo, stability is key

This for sure... there's a reason the Patriots, Seahawks, Packers, Saints, Ravens, etc. are routinely in the playoffs if not Super Bowl, and it's coaching/FO stability. The Patriots IMO are the best ever to assemble a group, but the aforementioned teams did it well, too.

There's a reason the Browns/Dolphins continue to suck every season... and it has nothing to do with 'getting the right QB'. It's that they march out a dumbass year in and out to coach or sit his fat ass in a booth and make personnel decisions. Maybe those teams are about to turn the corner but I'm not holding my breath in the slightest.
