I like that... good for them

These are great to have but they need to be balanced from a fan support standpoint. Indiana had the Crossroads Classic in Indy for years but caancelled it becuse it was a charity event for three schools. IU always had 70% of the crowd, Butler 15%, Purdue 10% and ND 5% yet the spoils were split evenly. This one looks better balanced than the CC was.
Probably could have made it 5 games with PFW, IUPUI, ISU, Evansville, & Ball State playing against ND, Valpo, Butler, IU, & PU in some fashion. These are great to have but they need to be balanced from a fan support standpoint. They would even have been worse financially with 10 teams splitting what IU created. Now, give IU 70% of all ticket sales, TV, Radio and concessions then ok.Probably could have made it 5 games with PFW, IUPUI, ISU, Evansville, & Ball State playing against ND, Valpo, Butler, IU, & PU in some fashion.
i think it's more likely that two of these schools will be in the same conference during the next batch of realignment. There's a timeline where all 4 of these teams are different leagues in the future. It could easily happen then.
lolOnly 5 Big Mondays this season.
lol
like i said on the other site - College football season is too damn long now. the national championship game being on January 25th is horrid. it ruins college basketball season.
Kampe is the only coach in cbb who rivals Izzo for scheduling audacity... year-in-year-out... earns good cheese for the school and huge respect in doing so.I always love checking out Oakland U's schedule. It's always a murderer's row.
