I cannot see taking a RT in round one. I get that it's a projection but IMO Edge and Center, Bradberry sucks![]()
Patriots Projected To Replace Morgan Moses With 6-Foot-5, 315 Pound Draft Pick
The New England Patriots signed Morgan Moses in the offseason, but the veteran may not have much time left in the NFL.nesn.com
IMO a guy like TJ Parker Clemson (Edge) could fall to us in round one and we should not pass that up. Then at 62 you could likely get a guy like Blake Miller OT also Clemson and has a very high ceiling the with our 3rd pick a LB then maybe a Center with the 4th. Sam Hecht Kansas state may be there with our 4th pick. This would ne ideal for me you get a solid edge guy and RT with two other picks that could be impact players early![]()

Cornerback is starting to look like a need too.......I cannot see taking a RT in round one. I get that it's a projection but IMO Edge and Center, Bradberry sucks
I agree CB needs to be a consideration . I like that kid Ponds from Indiana but 5'9" seems smallCornerback is starting to look like a need too.......
It all depends on where they fall and what we do in free agency.......
Agrred. As great as Marcus is, I don't want to put a 5'9" player on the field with a 5'8" player at CBI agree CB needs to be a consideration . I like that kid Ponds from Indiana but 5'9" seems small
Maybe consider putting Wilson back at C, Move Campbell to G and sign a FA LT or draft a bigger LT.IMO Edge and Center, Bradberry sucks
Yeah maybe not sure. I just feel C is a need and there is no damn way they'll move Campbell to G, that we mean they now have to draft a LT and RTMaybe consider putting Wilson back at C, Move Campbell to G and sign a FA LT or draft a bigger LT.
Vrabel isn't the norm. If he could sign a LT like Spencer Burford (49ers) who's making $2.275 $M, is 25 and might sign for somewhere between $15 and $20 M to be on a Superbowl team, He wouldn't be hesitant to tell Campbell that he'd be be an all pro LG.Yeah maybe not sure. Again I cannot see Campbell being moved Vrabel loves him and he's not been so bad that's any kind of consideration IMO. Any LT worth their salt won't take a pay cut just to come here. So if you bring in a quality vet LT at a young age you are not getting a discount. And we need to sign GonzoVrabel isn't the norm. Wilson would be very comfortable at Center. Think about having a 25 year old LT, 23 year old left guard and a 23 year old center. Then consider drafting a RT in tyhe fifth or sixth round and having him back up Moses.
Then again......Brown is a center and he just signed a three year extension. He can also play RT, LG. I hate to say it, but Lowe was excellent filling in for Campbell while he was on IR. So I might be jumping the gun just a bit.
It's that old saying, there is no "I" in team and "me" is an important part of team.
Campbell has had a couple tough games against the leagues premier pass rushers. Otherwise he's been solid. I really think his injury slowed him a little. Give him another year at least before even thinking about replacing him.Again I cannot see Campbell being moved Vrabel loves him and he's not been so bad that's any kind of consideration IMO. Every LT in the league has had issues against Garret and Anderson it happens. Especially considering one of the top CB's on the roster is already only 5'8".I agree CB needs to be a consideration . I like that kid Ponds from Indiana but 5'9" seems small
I just worry when they go against those 6'4" dudes.Especially considering one of the top CB's on the roster is already only 5'8".
This supports your proposalMaybe consider putting Wilson back at C, Move Campbell to G and sign a FA LT or draft a bigger LT.
He would be the baddest guard in the NFL...This supports your proposal
Maybe, I know a lot of the footwork is different and the assignments change but I still feel he can improve. Could it happen? Sure I guess but I expect it won't be as early as next year, I could be wrong. He would be the baddest guard in the NFL...
