Niners might be a legit problem if they can stay healthy
That's what I see on my tv screen tonight, but what are the chances they stay healthy?? They are a team of mostly older players, nearly all of which with recent injury issues.Niners might be a legit problem if they can stay healthy
They looked pretty good. Like you mentioned....IFNiners might be a legit problem if they can stay healthy
Yeah, I think several people here have mentioned they aren't 100% sold that it's going to all work out perfectly on the field for the team the Rams have put together on paper. Myself, I brought up the 2011 Eagles that tried something very similar.People tend to forget the Niners were still good last year. They won 12 games, went to the postseason and that was with a beaten up team. I am not at all surprised that they beat the Rams. I've been saying all along that the Rams are way overhyped.
Indeed! What we saw in the 4th quarter I believe is what we'll see going forward. My hope is Price gets more carries next week.Yeah, awfully tough to give a fair critique of the OC when the QB1 goes down 5 snaps in and completely turns the gameplan on its ear.

As for the Niners, yep -- really good roster when healthy. They just rely on lots of key players who are older and/or have been injured quite a bit lately or throughout their careers.... Bosa, Warner, Purdy, CMC, Deebo, Greenlaw, Kittle, Trent Williams, etc. Great September team. Not sure about December or January.
Yep, and well over 400 touches last year. With him in year 10, you gotta wonder what that kind of workload is going to do to his health. He had 400+ touches in 2019 and then missed 13 games the next season. He had a big workload in '22 and '23 and then played only 4 games in 2024. In my list of SF's older/injured plays, I forgot 33 y/o Mike Evans. He's been pretty durable through his career but did miss half the season last year and already had a leg issue in camp with SF. That roster just looks like a powder keg of potential injuries.Who would've thought that last year, CMC was one of their only healthy players all season. He played in all 17 games, in addition to both postseason games.

Because you’re very pessimistic? Why do i feel like this game against the chargers could be trap game 2.0?
