Fantrax changed it up. You either have to start the draft and no drops are allowed or wait until after the offline draft and input everything then.

The league settings show;

Claims/Drops​

• Claim/Drop System: Managers perform their own claims & drops
• Max # of claims per season:Unlimited
• Max # of claims per week:Unlimited
• Use Waiver Wire process: Yes
• Allow claims/drops before the draft: Yes
• Allow drops during draft: No

Not sure if that is setting that can be changed by Commish. ....

According to AI it can;
Yes, Fantrax allows you to enable drops during an offline draft. Within league settings, you can configure the system to permit managers to drop players while the draft is ongoing. This is typically managed under the "Claims/Drops" section of your league setup.

Well the players are in the player pool, so you should just be able to add them to or drop them from the rosters using commissioner powers. I don't think the way we do it here has anything to do with the actual draft. I don't think we ever actually do a draft in Fantrax in this league.

Normally we add them to the draft picks page also. Fantrax has changed that page, to the draft has to be completed to update it.

Yes I just added everyone on the Commish page in D2
