If we're in the same boat next year, will we actually get to look forward to a MLB season?
I always look forward to the MLB season, it’s nice to play broadcasts on the radio in the background and catch televised games when they are available.

Cubs/Brewers should be the cream of the crop in the Central again, you more so than us were plagued by injuries late season but we’ve got relatively complete teams when healthy.

Sounds familiar to our football team. Lol

You think Tune vs Brosmer is designed for momentum in the playoffs? I would say it's more about trying to get as healthy as possible for the playoffs, win/lose/draw they're the 7th seed and have no control over who they play next. So it's about getting healthy and nothing more.
Just getting a win will add momentum. Even with Tune a win is possible

I was outside playing ice hockey with family during the Packers' season finale against the Vikings. It was a good decision.

First game I have not watched in years... meaningless and 3rd string QB. I felt good with the decision as well and spent time with family.

I did watch most of the first half, got frustrated as I really didn't know any of the players and didn't get invested...at all. More of a preseason game feel than anything.

2025 Packers made the record book... first team to lose 3 games in season without punting.

Green Bay’s Bizarre No-Punt Record | Healthy Mind - Think Big

Losses:
- Panthers 16-13
- Bears 22-16
- Ravens 41-24

Neat, not really though. Isn't there an old saying about ending every possession with a kick. You know, kick off, field goal or punt? I do believe there are times where going for it on 4th down is a good decision, but not nearly as often as the egg heads in analytics departments believe.

So we go into the playoffs losing 4 straight.. Great..

We need some turnovers to beat the Bears. If we get a pick or two we win 23 to 17

I see the offense keeping GB in the game but I also see the defense failing once again at the end to lose it for them. I hope I’m wrong.

I'm envisioning a competition and the team that makes less mistakes wins. :noidea:

That's how both head-to-head games this year were decided. I'm totally with you that this game will be more of the same.

That's pretty much how the Bears/Packers games have gone for about all time. The 1994 game in Chicago was on Halloween in a ridiculous rain storm, think 17 to 27 yard punts into the wind. That was the first game since 1969 he Packers didn't have a turnover against the Bears. It also started an extremely dominant stretch for the Packers vs the Bears. To me, it's pretty simple, don't turn the ball over and you'll beat the Bears, that's just how it is. That game is on youtube and it's one of my all time favorites for several reasons. Favre didn't complete a pass in the first half and the first 3 quarters of the game were played on one side of the 50 except about 2 plays.

Those 7 points McManus left on the field ... add into that punting into the middle of the field over, and over...and you have a big fat Loss...and it sits at the feet of MLF... I'm serious about this shit...MLF has had 7 years to address it and he is still dumbfounded when it fails. Fix it you dumb ass

25 points in the 4th quarter. I don’t care how bad your offense is doing you can’t give up 25 points and expect to win. I will keep saying it, defense wins championships. GB will continue to lose until they realize this.

I think they know it. They traded two 1sts for Micah Parsons.

Hey dummy, when your special teams keeps punting to the middle of the field and giving up 30 and 49 yard returns, I think that falls more on the kicking game than the D. You also can't go 3 3 and outs to open the 2nd half. You also cannot leave 4 easy kicking points off the board. By all means, blame the D after they got hung out to dry with crap field position and being on the field for most of the 2nd half.

Why not tell us you don't know anything when you post, because you don't, and it's obvious.

Maybe this offseason they’ll finally have a “play the whole game” seminar, because they haven’t had one in quite some time.

McAnus certainly has some blame here but in the same vein you shouldn’t be relying on your kicker at all late game when you have great offensive production in the first half, KEEP SCORING TDS!!!

GB was set up for a blowout and instead they reverted to more of the same. The Bears deserve credit for sure but holy shit, the Packers played the second half like the first half didn’t even happen.

Also, they tried to get Jacobs involved too much when the running game wasn’t working at all and Love showed many times he’s still got the happy feet and buckles under pressure far too often.

The injuries were a huge factor obviously but that’s not even in the realm of why we lost this game.

On to next season, I suppose. :sigh:

What’s obvious is your lack of emotional control. What is also obvious is you prefer to blame everything else except yourself for your problems. You must be from the younger generations who believe everybody gets a trophy. Now, I understand your excuses and there is some validity to them BUT the defense needs to do its job even if the other units aren’t doing theirs. Don’t get me wrong, from the top down this was a total team collapse at the end just like I predicted but for the defense to give up 25 points in the 4th qtr is unacceptable. Sometimes there are games where the defense is useless so the offense needs to step up and keep scoring and sometimes the opposite occurs and the defense needs to step up. The defense needed to in the 4th qtr but they failed miserably. 60 minutes. When you don’t play for 60 minutes and/or play not to lose usually ends not in your favor. This is what happened against Chicago. This has happened in multiple games under Lafleur which this, and other reasons are why I don’t think he will ever hold up a Lombardi trophy in GB. Lastly, dummy? lol. Take your bitch ass somewhere else.

Can’t rely on one player in a team sport unfortunately. It would be nice to have studs at every position but that’s not realistic. But, at a minimum, have a stud on the D line, linebacker and secondary positions. GB like a lot of teams, doesn’t have that.
