I believe we will see a different attack from Detroit in this game. They're going to go even more run heavy than they have in the past and will try to get the ball out fast when they do pass. They're going to do everything they can to keep Goff out off must throw situations, as it killed them in game 1. It would really be a good thing if the Pack put together a very solid plan to stop the run, because it's coming over and over in this game.

I believe the Packers will try to go at them in a run heavy way also. I could see an early shot play and then a much more run heavy play like the Vikings game. Yes, the Lions are very deep into their depth chart at DB, but from what I've seen from them they play harder than the guys they replaced, maybe not as talented, but they give exceptional effort.

Should be a good game and I hope the Pack get out to a lead and again force the Lions to be in pass mode, it worked out well in game 1.

Another win in the books. Overall the offense played well and kept GB in the game. The defense had their moments but they continue to struggle with the run and Goff had all day to throw the ball. I saw a lot of comments on social media on whether it was a catch or not. Honestly, I thought it was going to be overturned but I also saw why they didn’t over turn it. A lot of pissed off lions fans…as a homer Packer fan all I can say is…it’s about time we get a call to go our way for a change .

Huge divisional win on the road.

Good:
  • Packers offense 4th down conversions 3-3 including 2 touchdowns and 1st down to seal the game
  • LaFleur was bold when needed and worked every time (above stat) and beat Lions at own game
  • Packers defense on 4th downs, Lions 0 for 2 attempts
  • Love passing the ball and decision making... 124 rating, 4 TDs and no picks
  • Wicks with big day... 2 TDs and huge 4th down conversion
  • Parsons 2 1/2 sacks, 8 total tackles and 3 TFL
  • McDuffie and Williams tackling machines... 21 combined tackles and couple TFLs
  • Packers OL... 0 sacks, 1 TFL, 2 QB pressures and respectable 4.2 yards per carry, maybe best game this year
  • Defense held Gibbs and Montgomery to combine 100 yards rushing.. Gibbs 3.4 yards/carry
  • Whelan again punting the ball
  • Special teams pretty clean game... good punt/kick coverage, no penalties I recall and was not holding breath on punt returns
  • Packers total of 3 penalties for 20 yards
Bad:
  • Wyatt injury... could be huge loss
  • Nixon with huge penalty on 3rd and very long...
  • Packers pass rush other than Parsons (Parsons 4 of 7 pressures)
  • Gary again barely on the stat sheet
  • J. Williams of Detroit too much speed for our secondary
Ugly:
  • Nothing once again with big W

A little change in the OLine yesterday made a difference. Belton got all the snaps on O and he did well in the sense that you didn't notice him. I guess that means he has the job over Morgan. I try to pay attention to the interior 3 and usually the guy getting beat is Morgan, yesterday I didn't notice any glaring misses, so maybe this will be a little key going forward.

Belton played most of the game vs Vikings as well... first half Morgan and Belton rotated some, 2nd half all Belton.

Morgan most likely will be left tackle in future or a bust... not working out well at guard (either side). Tom has the right tackle spot for the future.

I try to watch the game inside first, run pass and if they're doing ok. Morgan was for sure the weak link the previous few weeks. I didn't pay much attention to the tackles, for the most part I see them as steady and if they get beat it's usually very apparent, I wonder if the Pack are going to re-sign Walker with how Morgan has looked inside? If they do it's going to cost them.

I really wish the TV cameras would keep a more encompassing view, I would like a better view of the WRs and what they're doing, but I understand they're not interested in showing what I want.

How are you all feeling about the game against the bears this Sunday? Same ol bears or are you feeling a little worried after they went into Philly and got a win?

I’ll be honest, I expect the Packers to derail the bears season, but part of me wants to believe this is where the tables turn for a few years. I was super worried about Parsons, but after Trapilo took the LT job, now I’ve downgraded to just as worried as everyone else without a franchise LT. I think we have a real chance, and that will make us getting slaughtered that much worse. What do you all think?

For me, I'm in a "let's see how this plays out" mentality. The season's been a roller coaster and we have no idea how this team will show week to week.

I'm thrilled to watch a Packers Bears game this late in the season that means something to both teams. I feel like whatever happens Sunday the game in Chicago in 2 weeks is gong to decide the North.

It appears that the Pack get Reed back for this game, so that might help on O. Hopefully the D can slow down the rushing attack of the Bears, that will probably decide this game.

I don’t have a clue as to what team we get this Sunday so no predictions from me. I’m praying for Dr. Jeykl to show and kick some ass.

Side note: social media is full of FIBS already claiming victory though. Funny, I didn’t see all this Chicago loyalty last year.

Brady mentioned in the broadcast that he, Campbell and O'Connell have beating LeFleur twice every year as a goal. Damn, I guess I didn't realize the Packers were that much of a target for them.

Huge win for the Packers

Good:
- Packers going down the field after Bears tied the game, possessing the ball and getting a much needed TD
- Nixon interception to seal the game
- Packers defense first half and playing complimentary football with possessing ball and allowing defense to rest
- Love playing like franchise QB in huge game - 3 TDs, spreading ball around, feeling pressure in pocket (other than the 1 sack)
- Packers and Jacobs respectable running the ball
- Christian Watson 2 huge TDs and couple other big catches
- Having Reed back
- Packers OL another good game... 1 sack, 1 QB hit and 4.5 yards rushing, may have found the starting 5
- Packers 3rd down offense 8 of 12

Bad:
- Love interception air mailed directly to Gardner-Johnson
- Packers total of 10 plays in 3rd quarter, did not possess ball and defense wore down when could not get off the field
- Packers only 52 plays for entire game
- Nixon 2 penalties for 20 yards in same series in 2nd quarter
- McManus kicking ball out of bounds and Bears starting at 40 yard line
- Rushing/defending Williams, often escaped scrambling and made big plays outside the pocket passing downfield and picking up first downs

Ugly:
- Nothing

Big game next week at Denver

Good game... 2 weeks in Chicago will probably be another close game and 1 of the teams winning in 4th quarter.

Bears have found their coach it appears, very impressed what Johnson has done this year already. OL for Bears looks very strong, big turnaround from the prior years. Williams makes a lot of plays after getting out of the pocket... his accuracy throwing the ball still needs some work.

Bears should be good team for years to come.

Thanks, this packers team became a true force when Jerry jones sent Parsons your way. A lot of people were bashing loves contract, but he is showing that he deserves it. And Christian Watson will be a superstar WR if he stays healthy.

Hopefully, we even the series next game. As you pointed out CW needs to work on his accuracy. I think a lot of it is footwork. I think his best days are still ahead of him. He can hit the tightest windows with one throw, then miss a wide open guy next throw.

Cheers on the win!

Dr. Jekyl showed up for the first half. Took a powder and let Mr. Hyde in for the 2nd half. Hopefully by the end of the season going into the playoffs we see a complete game from the entire team. A W is a W though so my hat is off to them for getting it done. The best part of the win is not having to hear all the FIBS brag. Specially the ones claiming victory before the game was played.

So damn tired of this non-tackling nonsense...just grab for the ball and let the guy run another 10 yards, it's worked out so well for these clowns...dipshits

For me, the first red flag was the Cleveland game then Dallas. Today seals the deal for me. I know for sure now. This team doesn’t have what it takes to hoist the Lombardi trophy this year. Another wasted season.

If it weren’t for the big time injuries, you’d be favorites to win the Super Bowl. Kraft, Watson, Tom, Parsons, and Wyatt are all very good to great players. It sucks to see such talent go down.
