July 21- Keepers due at 11:59 PM
July 22- Draft Order Drawn
July 26- Draft State Date


I will give an exception up until 24 hours before the draft start time. If a keeper is ruled out for the season, transfers or gets suspended/kicked off a team there will be an exception where you can replace that keeper up until 24 hours before the draft.

However, keepers are locked in 11:59 on July 21st unless odd circumstance.
