2023 Giants' Prospects

I realize that we didn't start a thread on the team's top prospects this year (or last year for that matter). I do think we condensed those conversations in the "Down on the Farm" thread but I thought it would be cool to have a separate thread, after seeing MLB.com update their Top 30 list.
