2023 All Lions/Utes mock draft

Last year I was big on Devin Lloyd and could not let it go. He is with the Jags now, so it is time for me to start a new list of homer picks to obsess over. No players I like as much, but never let lack of options derail your homerism!!!!!!!!! I present my all Utes/Lions Draft

1.9: No Utes, although Clark Phillips might rise enough for this.
1.27: Clark Phillips! - CB - Going to be awesome
2.41: Cameron Rising - QB - Way to early for now, but by the end of the year I think he is a late 1st QB
3.73: Dalton Kincaid - TE - Solid Blocker and receiver elite at none.
4.114: Braedan Daniels - G - Future stud. May need to flip him and Kincaid
5.152: Brant Kuithe - TE - Better TE than Kincaid, but he is undersized so will slip some. Can slip into FB in a pinch as well
6.188: Mohamoud Diabate - ILB - New Ute, I have no actual report for this guy
6.201: Tavion Thomas - RB - Some good traits to be drafted
7.248: Solomon Enis - WR - Breakout year for him. Provides some WR depth.

After the Arkansas win, Alabama's Nick Saban gave more information on the Bryce Young injury and why he wasn't put back into the game.

“Bryce has a little AC sprain in his shoulder,” Sarkisian said. “We’ll have to take it day-to-day. I think he’s okay. Doesn’t have a serious injury. We didn’t think he could go back in the game today because I didn’t think he had much steam on throwing the ball. He’s had these before and after a few days, he starts to respond pretty well. So, we’ll just have to see how it goes and play it day-to-day.”

BB_72: That's not a good sign for the future considering how small or slight framed he is. I don't think there's a better High IQ CFB than Bryce Young, but availability is your best ability when it comes to entering the NFL.

It's the very first time where he was injured and left a game due to said injury during a game in his CFB career.

AC joint sprains and especially on his throwing shoulder can be an issue farther down the road.

Kincaid making look like an asshole here. Maybe he always was a better receiver, but Kuithe took his opportunities.
