I think that you'll see 3 or 4 Safeties targeted in rd2 and then after that you might as well wait until rd4 to take one. I'm halfway expecting Mizzou's safeties to be closer to rd5 and rd6 prospects.

It all depends on Free Agency and our roster moves but I see CB or RT as our biggest need right now.

But I wouldn’t be opposed to going Safety or Edge rusher early either depending on who we keep and sign.

The more I look at Greg Newsome's film the more I like him.

Draft is a crap shoot anyways. This year I don't know how you evaluate a player like the DE gregory rousseau from Miami

His story will be similar across the entire draft board.

RS Freshman, ACC Rookie of the year, sat out this year. Don't even know how much he weighs right now.

Most mocks have him a top 20 pick off games from 400 days ago.

Some team will draft him, he will get about 6 weeks in an NFL TC, no preseason and then real football starts.

He could be Von Miller or he could be Demarcus Walker.

Kinda glad we have a fresh perspective on drafting this year with Paton.

He is such a good fit with what the Broncos do. He is in my top-3 at the CB position especially after he had such a great Pro Day today.

I adore Jaycee Horn as you know. But it also depends on the system between Horn vs Farley for me. I have the top 3 pretty darn similarly ranked to be honest. Give Newsome one more year of college ball and he might be pushing them.

Honestly, it is very hard IMO to rank Surtain vs Farley vs Horn.

My biggest concern with Surtain is man to man. But I think he fits our scheme just fine. My rankings of the top 3 CB’s really comes down to what team I am ranking them for.
