What are everyone's thoughts on the All NBA team. I'm a homer but I think it's a sham that Embiid was 2nd in the MVP vote and yet is 2nd team All NBA because of the silly way they organize the vote.

Time to do away with positions all together on the all NBA team. The game is tending positionless.

5 best players should get 1st team. If it is 5 guards or 5 centers, so be it.

Disagree completely. Until teams start playing with 5 guards, it shouldn't be possible on an all NBA team. If you want to reclassify the C as a PF/C, fine. If you aren't the best at your position that year, you shouldn't be first team.

As we've seen, guys will force their way out.

What will be interesting, imo, is what happens re: his extension. Young players always sign that first extension. Word is that he may become the first young player to not do that.
