Read yesterday that Correa's looking to double Springer's deal, which was $150M.

And he's probably gonna get it.

Nick Castellanos opts out of the remaining 2 years/$34M on his Reds' contract, so he's now a free agent.

Love the bat but I'm not sure if he's a viable outfielder (sure as hell isn't a viable 3B). And he's stated before that he doesn't want to DH.

It's going to be interesting to see how guys like Rodon and Eduardo Rodriguez do. Rodon had a hell of a year, but his injury history scares me. Eduardo's had a history on the IL as well, but some of those injuries weren't arm related. Eduardo also had a bit of a down year, but his underlying stats were much better than his ERA (FIP, xFIP, xERA) and some of his peripherals were career bests (K/9, BB/9). He was killed by a .363 BABIP. Rodriguez also has 187 more innings than Rodon despite them both coming up in 2015 and Eduardo sitting 2020 out.
