Most of these guys are role players. The only really tough decisions would be Shaq Griffin, Chris Carson, Ethan Pocic, Poona Ford, David Moore and Quinton Dunbar. All of those guys would need to come back on deals that are not outrageous.

IMO, Pocic and Ford are the priorities.

Shaq, pocic, ford are the only keepers.
Wright and neal would be good to hang into.
Never give RBs a second contract especially with an injury history.

I'm ok if we let Neal go, we have Marquise Blair returning... I think Shaq Griffin and Pocic are important to sign... Outside of that, I'm not partial to anyone else on that list... I don't want to give Carson 10+ million to stay in Seattle so I'm ok if we let him walk... We don't use him that much anyways since we've become so pass happy...

Chris Carson has officially unfollowed the Seahawks and Russell Wilson. More than likely he’s gone. The Seahawks screwed things up this year with their plan. I don’t blame Chris for wanting to leave if that’s the case

Sure sounds like the Seahawks have told him they are not resigning him or at least not at what he had in mind. How Does this news get out?

It's hard to resign a guy like Carson. On one hand he is so good when he is here that it hurts when he is gone. On the other hand he is gone often injured. The Hawks want a physical style runner and they dont last long in the NFL most of the time. Had Carson been healthy more often i think they would have extended him before his final season. Once again he couldn't make a full season and missed 4 games. He has played 45 out of a possible 64 games, had that been closer to 52-55 out of 64 i think they would have extended him.

I do think they will give him a 1 year prove it deal but i also think some other team might say "hey here is a 2 year deal at 6-8 mill." with a Low guaranteed money point or something full of stipulations about games played.

With the way this teams offense should function though Penny is a better option. He is a better pass catcher and is more explosive. Sure he is not the bowling ball that Carson is but more of a RB that could be your 4th or 5th WR from out of the backfield. You get Penny in Space and thats when he can make magic. he should be 100% full go next season and it's his make or break season. Lets hope Penny can have a full 16+ game season in 2021 because if he can't then we will be looking at him the same way we do at Carson.

Letting carson go is the right move, i love what he is capable of but its not wise to give RBs a big second contract.

Drafting a RB should again be a top priority, penny is unreliable and the rest of the backs arent starter material.

Honestly. Harris, Hubbard and Ettine are my top 3 in that order

Harris would be a really nice fit. The problem with drafting a RB this draft is there are so few good ones so they likely go earlier then normal.

That the issue

Can we hit a gem at RB with pick 55?
Think the Seahawks are willing to pull the tigger with their first pick? If they do, then they don't pick again until round 4. Seahawks really are starving for draft capitol this draft.

Which is why I'm part of the deal Schindler group

A lot of drafts have Harris going at the end of round 1... Ironically, with pick#27 held by the Jets... I would personally like to see us get a weapon like, Rondale Moore, RB/WR out of Purdue... He is a Tyreek Hill prototype... Playmaker that can take it to the house at any given time...

I'd like to trade RW/R.Penny for DeShawn Watson... Our offense would instantly get a boost... I know... It's a fantasy wish - won't happen with how much RW does for the Seattle community
