We had partial and then flex plans for years before I cancelled. I feel bad for the kids who keep calling but WTF would i buy a plan when I can get deeply discounted re-sale tickets

One of my good friends is finally cancelling his tickets after 12 years and they're doing everything they can to not let him leave.

First said he was in a 2 year price lock and couldn't break it, he had email receipt from early 2020 with agreement (2 years ago), they said yeah but 2020/21 didn't really count. He argued past that. Then they said he missed a deadline to cancel and was automatically renewed.

They've tried charging his card twice and he's had to block the charge. It's crazy the hoops he's jumping through. Team has to be desperate for cash flow, I'm sure this tactic probably works on a lot of people.
