The Q
Hoop’s Villain, Reality’s Hero
Chance Nolan was not on my 500+ player draft board...
I like that Joyner pick this late. Curious how Arizona looks this year
Here is my updated pick by team that I do for the hell of it.
Teams that have dropped the past few years after being drafted pretty heavily previously.
- West Virginia, Oklahoma State, Arkansas
-Michigan State, Purdue (First few years of Soul 12 I hit MSU and Purdue heavy and if my memory serves me right it has been a long time for both teams.) - 5 plus years if memory serves me right, which I am a little foggy on Purdue, almost certain on Michigan State.
Teams Rising
Mississippi (One of the last teams I ever drafted a player from, first player was Chad Kelly) recent years the total has jumped to a total of 8 with 2 more this year.
Texas A&M- I believe until a few years ago I had only drafted two players from this school. They have jumped up heavily in the past few years. I believe other than this year (1) I've drafted 2 plus players from this school the past 3-4 years. Few years ago I drafted 4 from Texas A&M.
Here are the totals. Nobody cares, but like to have it saved here as I add to it. Bolded are teams I drafted from in 2020. Don't have too much fun if you're still reading this.
2019 was the first year I drafted someone from Iowa State (Brock Purdy). 2020 Kentucky, (Kavoisey Smoke) which means Boston College is the final and only team I have never drafted a player from. It has been a looooooong time since I have drafted a player from Nebraska, Illinois, Arizona, Purdue, Louisville, Michigan State, Miami, Virginia, Kansas State, South Carolina, Colorado, Indiana, Vanderbilt, Pittsburgh.
The team that has had the longest drought from now until the last time I drafted a player is Vanderbilt. In which I took Jeff Jennings back in the day when Skins was a the commish.
