gives up too many fly balls and home runs. did see a nice jump in his strikeout rate and he did absolutely dominate the PCL (1.13 ERA, 69/14 K/BB in 48 IP). Zephyr Field is pretty pitcher friendly, especially for a PCL ballpark. his fastball wasn't very effective last year
