Bausby was in the running for the #3 CB. I thought he might have made it.

It will be interesting who ends up on the expanded practice squad.

There are 5 players I believe that no one can touch Myy guess those two if not snatched right away will be on that list.

I know its sounds undignified to say - but the Broncos love themselves some Butt.

Duke Dawson and Essang "The Count" Bassey (and we got us a Barron) - that's Fangio's sense of humor.

Tim Patrick is Tyre Cleveland's future job.

Fangio's new round of trash heap ILBers will be Calitro and Barron. If Casey, Miller, and Chubb fire off the way I expect - opposing QBs will have less time to throw the ball - and if they do they still have to get past Shelby Harris' big fat arms. So maybe the coverage of the TEs, the Slot WRs and the RBs will not be so critical in the short zone.

@Mingo Exactly. Cleveland is basically a faster Tim Patrick.

Fangio confirmed what I said on Bassey/Dawson vs Bausby. More versatility and special teams.


I think Bausby gets claimed and I hope he does for his sake. Justin Hollins would be the next most likely to get claimed. Bausby could also go on our PS with new PS rules this year if unclaimed.

Elways also said he doesn’t expect to change roster before week 1. Said he will survey what was cut today but really likes where his team is at. Last year we claimed a lot.

Just 3 Safeties - covered over by versatility comments - tells you how Duke Dawson made the 53. Duke can play the slot - the WR or a Safety (some of them well). Coleman to the PS is nobody else snags him.
