If I were PJ Fleck for the sake of his RB’s. I would use the like this.

Mohamed Ibrahim- The main guy. Give him the most carries. Let him shine.

Shannon Brooks- He has battled a lot of injuries yet very talented. Spare him some wear and tear in his draft season. Give him goal like carries and just get him through the year healthy while keeping him active and healthy. One more injury is gonna absolutely kill his NFL dreams.

Rodney Smith- Use him on a few carries here and there but focus on him as the 3rd down back. That is really going to be his best chance in the NFL so while keeping him healthy this year let him show he can be that 3rd down back at the next level which is really his best chance to stick in the NFL.
