As a mariner fan you guys will love Nelson Cruz he will be a great fit at DH and crushes it at the plate. getting him on a 1 year deal not having to give up a compensation pick is a solid move

It will be interesting to see which Schoop shows up for the Twins. If the Twins can squeeze 15-20 HR out of Schoop, 20 out of Cron (picked up on waivers I think), and 30-35 out of Cruz, that would be pretty damn good. Cruz hit 37 HR last year in a big park, I'd imagine he could probably hit 35 HR in another big park.

Things look promising. 35-40 dingers from Cruz. 25-30 from Cron. 20-30 from Schoop. Rosario is good for 25. Thats some pop. I really like Polanco at the top of the order. We missed his spark last season. Can Kepler hit 260 while tagging 20 dingers? It comes down to what it did last season- what will Sano and Buxton do? If they do come back, this offense will be a force. Castro....yea wtf? I would go with Garver. "framing pitches" just doesnt rank high on my list. I'll take the guy who can hit. We could actually be a 200 homer team.

It looks like the Twins have decided to go win with offense. I have very little faith in the starters or the pen. Going to have to slug our way to the division title.
