2019 Avalon

So I have a 2014 Avalon that I was considering trading in on the new Avalon but IMO Toyota messed up on this redesign. The nose is ugly the added some sort of weird looking wind chamber along the left and right side of the front. Then you can't get black leather interior which is what I prefer. They are trying to make their luxury car to sporty IMO

So I talked to the dealer he stated it's improved aerodynamics. Here is my take the Avalon is their flagship car and was a low cost luxury ride for years. They are drifting out of the model to appeal to younger drivers. I get that but I won't trade in my Avalon 14 on this new design. I'll look toward the Highlander which offers a great ride and cargo space.

Don't buy a model the first year out anyway. It always takes a year to shake the bugs out.

It's the same engine, tranny, info systems etc just a body re=design. In fact the model I looked is the same set up as on the Lexus LS for 16K Less

I don't disagree, that's why I told the dealer this weekend, no thanks on a trade in on an Avalon, I'll take a closer look at the Highlander and the new Ascent
