It blows I’m going to have to have peacock on and can’t change the channel in an instance to one of the regular broadcasts. But this is a hell of a Sunday. Watch fucking Chelsea lose while Leicester and United draw and Bournemouth is the one to stay up. That’d be funny. (Although I hate united and want them to lose)

Was an awesome Sunday. Congrats to United for taking third. Interested to see what signings you make.

I’m super pleased that Chelsea managed 4th. Our team basically revolved around Pulisic in the end. It sounds like William will leave for Barca so hopefully we take that money and immediately go spend.
Need a new goalkeeper, preferably one that is not the size of Joe Pesci. Also need some holding midfield help and CBs. Getting Havetz would be cool.
Zyiech on the left, Werner up top, Pulisic on the right. Mount and RLC maybe in the midfield. A healthy Conte would be great, but we may need to get a solid additional holding mid.

Looks like Chelsea may bring in half a new starting 11 when all is said and done. A new GK, left back and CB on top of the other 3 (assuming Havertz comes) would make them much better. Hearing Willian may possibly end up signing up again for 2 years instead of the 3 he wanted. Thought he was 100% gone but maybe not. He was good after the break until he got injured. Could be Explosive and a lot of talent fighting for time but without upgrading the defense and GK they are going to struggle to get to the next level.

Yah mahn. I hope they don’t push the season back a week and only them. Shit, if they both make the finals of each, they would need their seasons pushed back 2 weeks to suffice the 30 days off.

I don’t believe it’s a requirement but I believe that’s what they’ll try and do. I do expect United to make their final (21st) and City to make their semi (19th). The UCL final is the 23 if city would make it. That’s sept 20 and 22 both would be available if the EPL is sticking to giving teams 30 days off.

Yeah, I looked at the dates for the finals but wasn’t aware of a 30 day off discussion. Curious to see if the water break and extra subs stays.

I thought they said the wanted to do it and most will have it. Not sure what they’ll do with city and United and that’s probably why fixture lists haven’t been announced yet. Waiting to see where they land.
