I guess if we're gonna talk about disappointments, we need to list the guys on IR through week 4:

Garoppolo
Eifert
Burkhead
Dixon
Delanie Walker

...and for those of us who draft in May...
McKinnon
Marqise Lee
Hunter Henry

I genuinely feel bad for this guy. Of course I don’t want to see any of these guys hurt but Eifert in particular. He worked himself back from a career threatening injury only to break his adamn ankle.

Undrafted Phillip Lindsay surprised all Royce Freeman owners by getting just as many carries.

Disappointment has been Mike McCarthy. Handcuffing his own offense and not having the team ready for the start of a game. Third time in three weeks his team has been behind by three possessions quickly

Hard to believe he's still there. Disappointment time and time again. Wasting Rodgers career (as it pertains to Packers playoff appearences/wins).

Benjamin is terrible. Being a big person should not mean starter.

He can't or won't...
Catch
Separate
Run fast
Try his best
Care
Fight
Run proper routes

We have had some bad luck with injuries. However its on him that the team is only playing 30 minutes of football.

agree, but if his efficiency stays the same, then hes gonna drop alot

No.

He had 37 carries over the first 3 games. Got 19 in last week's win, many of which coming late in The 4th for a total of 56.

Other Saints backs have totaled 35 carries over that span.

Kamara's usage over the first 4 games was not nearly as extreme as you want to make it. He is the best receiving back in the league and will continue to get close to the same workload he has had, with maybe a few less carries.

I expect 12-14 carries and 6-8 receptions a game. Ingram is not walking back into an equal time share here.

Cmon man.

He was otherworldly efficient last season.

He is averaging 4.9 per carry and 9.6 per reception.

By comparison, he averaged 5.7 and 10.0 last year.

If Kamara isn't the best back in the league, he is number 2.

Bell
D. Johnson
Fournette
Freeman
Cook
Mixon
J. Williams
D. Henry
Baldwin
That’s just off the top of my head. Plenty more. RBs have been a nightmare this year.
lol... Literally did not draft a single one of these guys. Had the opportunity but steered clear!

im not saying he isnt, merely saying his first 3 games his numbers were nothing like last year. period. first three games his YPC, and YPR were far under where they currently stand. Im not questioning his talent, im not questioning his useage. I merely was suprised by the contrast in numbers

My disappointments of 2018 so far:
  • Dalvin Cook... Injuries & meager role within the offense.
  • Lamar Miller... Inconsistent usage. His O-line doesn't help.
  • Matt Ryan & Ben Roethlisberger... Inconsistencies have made it nearly impossible to stream these bastids.
  • Jerrick McKinnon... This loss still hurts.
  • Julio Jones... A rollercoaster of production, but still lacking in the TD department.

Other ires:
  • my inability to set ideal lineups. My bench outscored me in week 3. You're welcome Fuzzy. :L. My total bench points through 5 weeks is 292.8. That's way too high.
  • K's & TE's... Easily the most maddening position groups in fantasy football.

Do you really want to hear a Bears fan take?

I respect McCarthy. I do. My view is the GM and front office have gotten too cocky with their personnel.

The whole Packers team hinges on Rodgers. And for good reason. He is elite. But when the offense struggles, you need more than Rodgers.

And now we see that if the offense cannot sustain drives, it trickles down to the defense. They struggle when that have no lead to protect.

I don't blame McCarthy. The level of talent on that team is not like it used to be.

Kamara's usage tonight has been absolutely mind boggling.

WTF are the Saints doing?

Yeah I put something on the main MBBRL thread about it. Absolutely scares me to death. I know they wanted to get Ingram involved, but it's not like Kamara really needs a breather, they're on freaking bye next week. I'm not sure what he possibly could have done in the first four games to show that he was ready for a bigger role. I just don't get it, but it's stupid.

Maybe they're featuring Ingram to trade him to the Eagles?

Sell high on Ingram? I tabled an offer of Keenan Allen for Mark Ingram and a draft pick in my main league (I have extra picks and can afford to lose the pick, but it was a 4th, and it could go down after tonight). Same dude has Diggs, but I doubt he comes off him. I could use it as leverage to drive Ingram's value up, though.
