Guess Athlon, like the rest of the world with half a brain, didn't expect Lampkin to declare for the draft. Hope he enjoys playing in Cananda.

Georgia will be interesting. Lots of incoming talent, but they lose a lot of senior leadership

    I'll take a guess.

    1 Alabama
    2 Georgia or Auburn
3 Ohio State - they have a former SEC coach and don't eant to look bias towards SEC.
    4 Georgia/Auburn
    5 Oklahoma
6 Notre Dame - can't leave them out of Top 10.
    7. USC
    8. Miami FL - they have a necklace now.
    9. Michigan - they have Harbaugh.
    10. LSU - Clemson lost semis, so they aren't popular anymore. Definitely not SEC level anymore.

I love the 6 there Jerms.

But way too high. 20 is perfect (where ESPN ranked us)

TCU? 1 returning starter on offense and 5 on defense.. I am not a great chef, but that doesn't sound like a recipe for success

In Texas we add chili powder and that will spice up TCU's offense and defense.

That must be ESPNs official preseason. All their beloved, highest earning tricks are there. But you might want to move USC to at least 5 based on the importance of their media market to EPSNs business.

TCU lost too much in the o-line and secondary. While losing Kenny Hill might be an upgrade, they lost way too much in other areas.

I hate our schedule for 2018 to be honest. I see a couple of games that have me nervous the way they have road games set up w a home game , possible trap in there. Purdue gives us fits every time we play and it's on the road. Not worried about TCU, but it's a road OOC game. PSU on the road? At least Barkley will be gone, but they still have McSorely and a tough defense. My guess that will be played prime time? At MSU, sandwiched is @Maryland, and scUM.

247 has Penn St. at #4. I like the sound of that, but i'd imagine we'll be closer to 7 or 8.

Real talk, Michigan State’s Offense was brutally bad. Absolutely no reason we should be ranked above 18 for next season that I can see. Our offense scored .8 more points per game this season than they did in the 3-9 season.
