So essentially, we now have 6 outfielders (not including Trumbo) fighting for the 2 corner outfield slots. Have a feeling that with that big glut that Mancini will probably be sent back down to Norfolk since he'd at least get to play everyday there.

rickard is the one to the tides for sure . bourn if he doesn't make the team will be gone or will clear waviers . front runner will be gentry to make it plus a rule v guy . bourn is lh and kim and smith is also that is to many . so what if you go say kim and smith vs rhp and Trumbo and gentry vs lhp , move mancini in vs lhp at dh or spell davis at first ? little shocked about walker so he has no future with us . this team could have some great ph late in games .

wright bundy and Wilson looking good early in camp . I hate to say this but they say waldo has improved in his control . I still think bundy and gausman both can be huge this year . the one I wonder about is miley .

Miley sucks that's why I wanted them to sign another starter this offseason. Hopefully Tillman isn't out to long.

Jimenez always shows flashes but then goes back to his old ways. Who knows maybe since it's a contract year he'll do well.

It looked like he was starting to turn it around a bit in September. And also, it wouldn't surprise me as well since it's the contract year. It worked well for him his last year in Cleveland and netted him the current contract, so if he does it again, some other team can be duped into signing him.

I'm thinking Smith will make the team and will platoon with Kim in LF and possibly in RF if they want to rest Trumbo (if he's even going to be playing out there). I definitely think one (or both) of the Rule 5 guys won't make the roster.

Smith is due 7 million. That reason alone I don't see them cutting him. Neither rule 5 guy has done much so far. Santander hitting 176 and Tarves 222.

Can Giavotella field decently and play short? Would rather see him hitting than Flarethy.

Gentry has been killing at the plate in spring training, did have a good season when the Rangers went the first or second time to the WS

One of the Orioles’ top starters, righty Chris Tillman, will open the season on the 10-day disabled list, according to Roch Kubatko of MASNsports.com. Tillman has been dealing with shoulder issues for the past few months, and he underwent a platelet-rich plasma injection in December. The Orioles won’t need a fifth starter until April 15,

The Orioles have released right-hander Logan Ondrusek, tweets Dan Connolly of BaltimoreBaseball.com. (The move was first noted on the Orioles’ Transactions page at MLB.com.) As Connolly reported at the time of Ondrusek’s deal with Baltimore, the 31-year-old’s $605K salary was not fully guaranteed, so by cutting him loose today, the Orioles won’t be responsible for that entire sum. Ondrusek has been battling elbow soreness and is slated to make the dreaded visit to Dr. James Andrews for further examination.
