Three things. Better play calling. A big physical receiver. A power running capability.

A fully healthy RG3, and complete off-season of football practice...will make the Redskins team better in the redzone.

Gruden is a better play caller then shany so check playcalling off a big phyisical receiver,TBA. So I guess we need more work on a power running capability and defense

Throw in the health and continuing development of Jordan Reed. An above average receiving TE makes a helluva red zone target and opens everything else up.

I agree to a point. I thought Kyle did a good job of play calling until we got into the red zone. He became predictable in the red zone. Maybe it was because he didn't have the talent he needed (big WR target or power blocking line). Zone blocking becomes less effective when you are in a smaller space. As for if Gruden will be better, I have no idea. I never spent much time watching the bengals.

Look at year one in the Red Zone. We had a healthy RG3.

Look at year two with an unhealthy one and all the criticism taken for running RG3. We were limited in year 2 because RG3 was ineffective throwing and they were hesitant to run him.

Don't know about the redzone. However - one thing that could make a huge difference is improved special teams play (which has to get better since the 2013 product was an all-time low). How many times did the Redskins start within their own 20 & sometimes even within the 10 or 5. No team can be expected to reel off 85+ yard drives on a regular basis.
