Haven't heard his rant because I'm not a Stephen A fan. But there have been a few discussions on here over the years trying to figure out why Dallas can't attract top FA's.

It's a great city as far as entertainment, etc., Cuban is arguably the most player friendly owner in the league, money and fan support doesn't seem to be an issue.

10 playoff appearances in the last 10 years and 6 1st round exits.

Yeah, they were never able to get a true #2 for Dirk and they don't have one for Luka. If that trend continues, it'll be interesting to see if Luka is as loyal as Dirk was.
